Return Policy
We want every family to be happy with their books. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Returns
Because our books are limited-run items, we currently accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order purchases can be cancelled before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it follows the return policy above.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.
